This product is micro powder splintershaped mullite ball that combined alumina with silicon through advanced technics and scientific process.With high alumina content and less glass phase and mullite phase exceed 98% of the ball, it has advantages of high mohs hardness, high bulk density,smooth surface, low wear and tear rate and better elasticity, but the splintershaped crystal is fragile, which maybe will cause some chip shell.Because of the high bulk density, the ball mill will cause centrifugal force and high running electric current. Scientific test shows that the problems of centrifugal force and high running electric current will be solved if the wave profile lining bricks are usedin ball mill.
